Hotel was still "work in progress", without swimming pool, hamman, spa and gym available. Reception staff didn't speak english and was almost impossible to communicate with them. Mini-bar in the room was empty and they oblige us to use room-service even for a bottle of water. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

1/5. Crowded hotel with tourists. Elevators are small. Staff is kind. Rooms are cheap, very happy that I’m staying here only for a day. The bathroom is not 100% clean. Hand towels were used. No toiletries other than soaps, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Tv doesn’t work.

Hey, I just wanted to share my experience with your very welcoming hotel, When we have arrived at Suhan hotel and spa We hadn’t have the expectation we were going to face and hadn’t even thought about how warm atmosphere that you guys have, The rooms were very warm with all the different kinds of hospitality Then wanted to have some fun in the pool with my family. When we had dinner at the restaurant it was well organized and delivered all the food on our reserved table The pool and the spa was right next to the restaurant so that we didn’t have to wander to find where the activity’s are, The pool itself was so warm and the staff are. We had some experience in other places of pool and spa, But at the Suhan hotel was way better then we ever had in other hotels A specially the massage girls very professional and can even talk speak many other languages too That made our conversation easier Very clean, well look aftered and highly respectful people Over all we will rate in a higher quality standard this hotel Thank you again for all your hospitality Suhan hotel 👍

I was bitten by bedbugs. Its about 30 bites all over my body. If you know about these bugs, they are very contagious. So because of this hotel, I must rewash all of my clothes to prevent such a disgusting disease 🤢We genuinely asked to change our room, they changed. But the problem is that in the new room,I was also bitten by another ones. At this time on my face and neck
