Room size is not too good, and food test is not up to the mark need to improve food quality and price is on higher side for the smaller room

1. On seeing the photos booked in premium room. At the time of check in room allocated to me which is completely different bathroom lock broken and ac not working properly raised the complaint in front office for change of room. Intially they not accepted for room change later they change the room as per the photos shown

Worst hotel. Booked thru makemytrip and they surprised saying no rooms available, and it's makemytrip issue and not theirs. But again gave room so felt management playing some kind of game. Rooms are also dirty. My booking although has breakfast, they denied saying it is closed on sun-day and couldn't even arrange breakfast from outside. Not good for family. Never ever go here. Narrow roads to reach. I damaged car bumper during parking in their narrow parking place.

The stay was really horrible. They gave me a real lousy room and the tv was not functioning and later they adjusted it and ipl was not coming. Most importnatly there was no water supply in the morning from 6. 30am to 7. 30am till i checked out the room. So i could have bath before starting for my work. I have to board a train by 7. 55 so i have to leave the room. I was repeatedly calling reception and telling about the situation but absolutely no response.
