Catalina Courtyard Suites

Catalina Courtyard is a lovely hotel, but what truly made our stay stand out was the amazing staff and their convenient luggage service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed a safe spot to store our bags after checkout. The charming courtyard, complete with a cozy fire pit and complimentary coffee and snacks, made it even better. We’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Internet was terrible. Lots of stairs. Bathroom fixtures were loose. Room was nice. No staff after a certain hour. Check in is at 3 pm. Seemed very clean and well located. Bed comfortable.

9.2 rating is too high. Maybe low 8. The hotel staff was great and the view from the room was wonderful. Unfortunately, the quality of the furniture was poor. The staff addressed the shower cold water and replaced the bedroom Tv once they realized the issues. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and it took two days to resolve. It was unfortunate as the cool air from the window AC does not flow well into the bedroom. Coffee table had at least a one inch difference from the end table legs. Part of this issue could be from the warped/grade of the floor. Furniture in the room was set up oddly and you could not see the living room Tv unless you moved the couch. All in all, great staff, excellent views but accommodations could have much better.

The property was gated, the bed was comfortable, free Internet, and it was a walkable distance from the ferry terminal. The room was located below street level and the maintenance closet and did not have an ocean view.

We loved our family room setup. It was so nice to have separate spaces AND a separate bathroom for our kids. The bed was very comfortable. In-room Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave were a nice convenience. The Wifi was down for the first 24 hours or so of our stay, but the front desk person was very helpful and got me connected to an alternative network so I could get some work done. We would definitely stay again!
