Rooms were clean although sheets and mat were dirty. View from the balcony is good. They have a mini garden in front, wherein chairs and cots are kept. Regarding food, this hotel is below average. We just ordered a tea which was an absolute disaster. Overall, just because of view and spacious tidy rooms, i am giving a good rating

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days with family and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have in house restaurant with morning buffet where the food is okayish but with lots of food options. Location wise its on the main mahabaleshwar road which is easy to locate and reach. The view from the hotel room is also mesmerizing in monsoon session. Overall our stay in this hotel was awesome

As an old guest at HONEYWOOD I had to post this review. As usual the hospitality is at a different level, extremely personal and homely. The food is mouth watering ( pls feel free to give personal instructions while placing your order). Staff is very helpful. And the newest addition the fantastic swimming pool with an infinity edge that over looks the forest. The pool is has a sweet picket fence all around it so is very safe for the kids. There is a beautiful tree cover as well so the kids can swim during the peak of the afternoon. ( 2 pm to 4 pm is quiet time) which was a pleasant surprise for my kids who thoroughly enjoyed themselves. it’s a visual and obvious that the owners are making improvements by leaps and bounds at HoneyWood please do keep it up we will certainly be back.
