Me and my wife visited Lotus Farms for a weekend getaway, and honestly it was just what we needed. The place is so calm and green, felt like we were away from everything. Rooms were spacious and neat, and the vibe around is very relaxing. Staff was friendly too, always around if we needed anything. The pool was decent and had awesome view. Definately planning to come back sometime soon.

Our stay at Lotus Farms was exactly what we needed as a family — calm, scenic, and filled with simple joys. The property offers a lovely mix of nature and comfort, making it ideal for both kids and adults to unwind. The atmosphere felt homely, the staff were courteous, and everything from the rooms to the surroundings was thoughtfully maintained. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, and family bonds grow stronger. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

The hotel was clean, but we had asked for garden view something very different we had an restaurant in front of room. Food was not that great service was very slow.

lotus farms location is very good but Property is not maintained at all, in spite of overcharging, very understaffed property. We took BF and Lunch package, food was tasty but very limited items being served.
Service need to improve lot, Swimming tank not at all maintained, in spite of booking Suit, Bathrobes , toiletries quality is not good. Every thing needs to ask then staff will provide service.
Overall not a good experience nor going for repeated Stay.

Only property is nice , but issues are below
1. They are short staffed...only 1 receptionist, 24*7, 1 cook, 1 Housekeeping ...no one else
2. Windows were not sound proof, couldn't sleep due to loud noise going outside. We were went there for relaxing but couldn't relax since sleep was not complete
3. Shower water was hot and then it becomes cold again, had to try multiple times to get hot water

Staff behaviour and service is good. Spa discount 20% not given and welcome drink was not provided as per mention at the time of booking. and overall experience was good

The place was not that well maintained. Tv was not working when we checked in and had to request multiple times to get that working. Breakfast was okaish.
The good thing was the place is just 5 mins from Mapro garden.

The property is great, except the shower in the room was not properly functional and the staff from the reception does not respond well. His attitude was not apt to be in a 3 star hotel rather it was like from some random lodge.
