The bigger sized room is spacious and well fitted out. very clean. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally nice.

The room was an odd shape so that the end of the bed was too close to the wall and overhung by a television. This meant that anyone other than a very thin person could not get around the bed. Also the fire/smoke detector appeared to be broken. The staff were very helpful and efficient - especially in the joint bar/reception area

All services are very good. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pleasure to have a rest in this hotel. It was very well located near the historic center of the town. The breakfast vas very good and copious.

Very warm welcome, top bedding for a good night's sleep and "triple glazing" (2 windows, one of which was double glazed, isolated the room from street noise)! My 2 children and I spent two perfect nights in a room for 3 that was large enough and very well insulated, which is rare in the city center. The plus: possibility of having a closed and secure garage and enjoying the city of Auxerre on foot! But if you don't want to pay the extra, you can also park your vehicle nearby, in a public car park. And 2nd plus: the very complete and very rich breakfast, which suits everyone (eggs, ham, turkey, fruit, vegetable milks alongside the usual pastries and other rolls!

Chambre trop petite...71 € pour un placard amélioré ! On ne m' à pas proposé mieux....Accueil très moyen Nuit du 14 au 15 novembre Seul le petit déjeuner était bien et la dame blonde du matin à l'accueil beaucoup plus professionnelle que son collègue de la veille au soir ! SH

Buona scelta vicina al centro città, basta attraversare un ponte. Possibilità di parcheggio appena fuori dall'hotel. Camera di dimensioni medie ben organizzata. Letto comodo. Prezzo corretto per tipo di sistemazione e qualità del servizio Lo consiglio.
