We had a very good stay here. The room is basic, but clean and comfortable. Staff was multilingual and very helpful. The restaurant was not fancy, but quite adequate for our needs and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel is not close to downtown but is easy to find and well located as a base for exploring the countryside around Auxerre.

This was the second time I've stayed here, the last time was over 10 years ago and it seems to have gone down hill a little. We only stayed one night as we passed through on motorbikes heading further south. We cose this again for secure garage for the bikes, but it was partly flooded with loads of silt on the floor making the garage like an ice rink. Not ideal with big bikes. That being said, the staff are really friendly and the rooms are clean and a good size. I'd use it again. Loads of close by restaurants, but you will have to jump in a taxi to visit the town.

I arrived very warm after a long motorcycle journey. Pleasant reception and speedy booking in. My room was a bit dated, and after a small problem, the air conditioning was sorted out and whilst not being the best, it sufficed. I enjoyed a couple of beers, and a quick dip in the pool (in my experience quite rare in this price bracket of hotel). I ate in the restaurant as I didn’t want to travel far, ( I’m not sure what alternatives there were nearby). The food was reasonable in quality and price, and the same goes for breakfast. Overall, parts of the hotel were looking a bit tired, but the facilities were very good. There was free secure parking for motorcycles.

This a more upmarket Hotel Ibis. The hotel is more spacious than previous ones I’ve stayed in. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the staff were very helpful. There is a lift to all floors. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Highly recommended.

it's restaurant looks like a burger place, but it servers (very well)very good French food, Recommend. The room was a typical Ibis, ok for a nights stay. We would have liked to see grab handles in the shower. All the staff spoke English, and were excellent. Very poor internet. Would use again.

rcher dans les avis Marie Tavernier 2/5 il y a une minute sur Google Bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute. A l'arrivée première mauvaise surprise : pas de places sur le parking. Alors il est vrai que si les gens étaient respectueux en se garant correctement ça faciliterait les choses. Accueil très agréable, avec une petite attention sympathique. Chambre très correct, un peu bruyant en revanche. Attention par contre ! Le restaurant est à fuir !!!! C'est même honteux ! Une formule découverte, mais quelle découverte. Un poisson bof, un lit de poireaux cramés et pour le dessert le pompon ! C'était marqué profiteroles maison : MENSONGES! Glaces congelés à l'intérieur, chou sans goût. Bravo le congelés. Pour le prix j'ai regretté de ne pas avoir prit la voiture pour bien manger

Coppia con due bambini di 5 anni e di 9 mesi. Hôtel comodo per l’autostrada. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte per spezzare il viaggio per Disneyland dall’Italia. Personale gentile, hotel carino. Unica pecca: le stanze sono veramente troppo piccole. Una stanza con un matrimoniale e un divano letto più una culla praticamente per passare devi salire sul letto. Colazione buona e varia. Difficoltà per il passeggino per raggiungere l’ascensore ci sono dei gradini quindi bisogna alzarlo (anche se ogni volta ci è sempre stato chiesto dal personale se avevamo bisogno di aiuto). Insomma, Albergo pulito, carino e comodo. Ottimo per brevissimi soggiorni avendo stanze così piccole quando si è in 4.
