The hotelier sent me a message 4 days before the start of the stay saying that he had to relocate us and gave me a telephone number to contact, without specifying the name of the hotel or the address of the new accommodation. I called the number in question, the person told me that the hotelier was used to doing this (taking overbookings) and told me where they were located, about twenty minutes from Autun. Too far from what we wanted... The date to cancel the reservation for free had already passed, so I contacted the hotelier so that he could proceed with the cancellation so that I could receive confirmation of the cancellation from the booking platform. He told me that it was up to me to do what was necessary, which I refused. In short, the tone rose, the manager ended our conversation. I understand the Tripadvisor ratings: 56% of reviews "horrible" and 23% "poor". I haven't tried the hotel but in my opinion it's better to move on. The manager is unpleasant and is clearly not cut out for this profession.

Very good quality of service for the price displayed (85€ per night for 4). This hotel is clean, the welcome is correct and has private parking. The rooms are pleasant and well equipped. However, parking is relatively complicated to park (we have a large family car with 7 seats). Cleaning done but not in depth: a little limescale and dirt in the corners. Points that can be improved: - the maintenance of the parking lot (it has enormous potential!!) - The cleaning, even if it is more than adequate! - the "small details", carpet that is coming off in places; hairdryer a little old Summary: This hotel absolutely does not deserve these notes and reviews. It is completely normal for a 2-star hotel (even superior;) ) Ps: I would like to thank the person at reception who waited for us until 8:30 p.m. and who got up at 6:40 a.m. to prepare breakfast for us

The cleanliness is not up to scratch (dirty towels and bathroom furniture). The vacuum cleaner had not been used and we found M&Ms on the carpet in our room. The receptionist is also not very friendly.
