Beautiful hotel with onsite amenities, but would like to have known that the resort fee was going to be an additional cost to what was paid in advance.

Short one night stay. First time at this property. Pros: We really liked the location, grounds, surrounding areas, nestled amongst rolling hills felt very peaceful. And the room (suite) we had was very spacious, a great value for the price. Cons: Rooms could use some updating, service was average. Most staff were quite nice just very slow. We ate downstairs and enjoyed the ambience with live music in the bar area but, again, the service was quite slow, and the menu was lacking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and said we’d try again, but next time will dine off property for dinner, and hope for a bit more attentive service.

Hotel and staff great!!! One issue, not included in price outrageous 43.00 resort fee per day which does not include valet parking.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, excellent servers, over all wonderful first time experience! we felt right at home, I did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!!!

Hotel was great. Comfortable and spacious room. Staff was super nice. Ordered room service for supper and the food was borderline terrible. Other than that it was a wonderful stay

Nice and quiet hotel. However, carpet is a little worn and the hotel towels need replacing, they were rough.

Beautiful Venetian style hotel! Huge shower, real wood finishes, marble and tile-very upscale. Restaurant was delicious albeit a bit expensive. Hot tub and pool are was beautiful and romantic.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed our time on the property. The restaurant is good and the bar serves excellent drinks. The only Con we experienced was that there was a private event being held and media and production was all over the property. Made it a little awkward walking through some common areas. It didn’t take away from the beauty of the hotel.
