This was the cheapest dormitory accommodation in the Austin area. I had no choice but to stay there, but at night, I couldn't sleep because it was so noisy from 10 to 1. I don't know if there was a live music venue in the building, but it was in the center of Austin, so it wasn't that inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn't say it was clean, but it was an acceptable dormitory. I wouldn't stay there again.
