I LOVED this hotel: the location, the rooms (the bathroom tile was everything), my balcony. Very stylish boutique hotel, but also one of the lesser priced ones to stay in the area. I was able to easily walk to everything I wanted to do but would be a quick rideshare to tons of other stuff

The hotel was very lack luster. Our room was never cleaned despite staying for 3 nights and removing the do not disturb magnet.
Layout and lighting of our room was not the most comfortable. With limited clothing storage options a drawer or small dresser would make more sense than one single long drawer shelf under the bathroom sink

On a noisy street with trucks, no air conditioning, bathroom glass doors next to pillow on bed, sink in the middle of the room, tv partially covered by curtains, lamps only on headboard so no use if someone is sleeping.
Highly don't recommend this hotel.

I booked two rooms and had a confirmation for this but the hotel only had one room available, and they also didn’t have any air conditioning. Way less than ideal.

I loved the decor and treehouse vibe. Room service from the restaurant downstairs was fast and delicious. Love the noon checkout and coffee maker. Super friendly and helpful staff. Bed and sofa were very firm. No steamer.

They charge an amenity fee after the fact - completely unfair I get a bill for $30/night a week after my stay.

We specifically purchased this room diluento ******* saying there was a hot tub in the room.. was just a bathtub. Not even a Jacuzzi.
The curtains were missing in the living room so no closing off to all the passerbys.
The heater did not work in the units and stayed at 60 degrees for the 1st day we were there. But extra blankets and a portable heater we eventually hated up.
On the plus side.. all and I mean all of the staff are rock stars.

Terrible stay
Terrible stay. Told elevator had been broken for a week so had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs and across the pool area in rain. Very noisy starting at 7am due to construction and delivery vehicles. Delivered towels but didn’t clean room or make bed. Front desk staff knew little about road closures due to marathon. No amenities like tissues, extra hand towels or face cloths, magnifying mirror
