The stay was great. It was a bit noisy at night from the bar across the street. But it didn't bother me too much. The rooftop pool was fantastic!

房間中規中矩，但是實在太吵了，酒店附近好幾個pub吵到二點也無法入睡，雖然酒店配了耳塞和助眠茶，但是效果實在不大。早餐實在一般，套餐選擇餘地不大。酒店附近流浪漢成問題。

The room was decent, but it was too noisy. Several pubs near the hotel were noisy until 2 o'clock and I couldn't sleep. Although the hotel provided earplugs and sleep-aid tea, they were not very effective. The breakfast is really average, and there is not much choice in the set menu. Homelessness is a problem near the hotel.

It was clean, spacious and the service was friendly.

This hotel in Austin is really good. The room area is much larger than that of European hotels. The accommodation experience is okay. You can consider staying next time.

This was a first staying at a Canopy by Hilton; what an amazing location!  From the minute of walking in the front door, you are met with a ”fresh breath of air” ambiance!  The staff, especially Leonard, Heidi, and Jordyn, taking care of every detail of my stay was perfection...great attention to detail, professionalism, and personality!!  Every detail from the cleanliness of the room, the bar, and Verbena (the restaurant) was fantastic!  You MUST have dinner at Verbana.  Highly recommended for a quick weekend stay or a stayation in downtown Austin.

This hotel has so many intangibles. Being a boutique the experience feels very tailored and relaxing. I could spend all day at the pool but there is so much within walking distance to take advantage of. I'm so glad we had my wife's birthday here and had friends from out of town to join us.  Because of the location, clean sophisticated style, and attention to detail I would classify it as a premiere downtown experience for those looking to soak up all that downtown Austin has to offer.

Beware that if you are looking for a good night's sleep this isn't the place. I paid extra for a balcony and corner room but was not informed that it was right next to a club that went full tilt with dance music until 2 a.m. the hotel is great and if you are going to Austin to party it up all night this would be a great choice. But perhaps they could put a warning on their page for those looking for a more quiet evening...especially out of towners who are not familiar with Austin.    I will echo what others said about the comfort and the great employees. The mandatory valet at $45 is a little extreme as well.
