An incredible experience, tucked away in the heart of Austin on a serene plot of beautiful land. I felt like I was visiting the countryside of a European country. Once I entered the property, the heavenly experience began. From the friendly service, to the delicious food and the beautiful atmosphere, my stay was phenomenal. There is no better place to stay in Austin TX. This is it.

I recently stayed at the Estate for a business meeting/event I was facilitating. The space was amazing. The support team was OUTSTANDING. They made everything so easy and enjoyable for me and my team. The food, rooms, amenities and experience were top notch. Everywhere I looked, there was an interesting artifact or conversation starter. So inspiring on so many levels. The Chapel was a great meeting space. The CPE team were ultra responsive and stayed one-step ahead of our team to ensure we were able to give our clients a truly differentiated experience together.

The intentional attention to detail from top to bottom was amazing. Before arriving I was provided with recommendations and help getting reservations and personalized experiences planned. Once there, both the service and quality of products was incredible.

I travelled with my 15 year old daughter for a relaxing spring break trip. Stayed here for a unique experience. The shower products were amazing! The service was over the top! Food was so good. The loaner Mercedes was a nice touch. The pool was relaxing. We will definitely be returning.

I was recently on a business trip and meeting at this property and got deathly sick after eating there. The property was the only place I had eaten as of recent when I got sick. It appeared to be food poisoning after eating sausage from their location. The sausage appeared and tasted undercooked; however, I only ate one piece (stopping immediately). I notified the property and received a call a few days after I left asking about the event. The property offered me a free meal for the inconvenience. After expressing my disappointment in their response it was clear they didn’t care. They did say that the General Manager would call me. That was weeks ago and still waiting. This was a horrible experience and even worse response from the property. They took no accountability and thought they were a hero for offering me a free meal. Haha - maybe they just wanted to finish me off with more food. Regardless, I won’t be back and would never recommend.

This place is pristine in terms of the style, but the service could be improved. Lack of proactivity and clarity around how credits (for things like in room dining) do not include gratuity, even if you do not surpass the credit limit and there is plenty to cover automatic gratuity. Bellmen just do valet, they do not assist with bags or open the door. It's weird because the environment is enjoyable but the service feels like a Marriot with young kids mostly servicing you with improper communication skills and training. My rate was 700 so I do expect customer service to be of higher quality.

The room was immaculate, and well appointed. Wifi extremely reliable and fast. Service was extremely professional. Stayed here for business for the 3rd time. Quiet, elegant and very private. A must stay if you're visiting Austin. Highly recommend.

Entering registration, you are immediately welcomed with a resort ambience from the lighting, temperature, even the smell. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms and mansion had an intimate and welcoming vibe. This property was spectacular for our group size of 30 women. We loved it!
