My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect.
Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row.
The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive.
Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day.
Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly.
The room was clean as expected with all the amenities.
The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.

I stayed here for 6 nights to attend SXSW.
It was a very clean and well-maintained hotel.
It was also easily accessible, about a 10-minute drive from the airport.
I included breakfast, and it was a buffet for 3 days,
and I had to order for the remaining 6 days.
Is this a true American breakfast...?! It was so voluminous that I couldn't finish it, but the staff were very helpful and I was very satisfied!

It's really bad. I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service. I booked for 3 nights, and the sanitation hasn't been cleaned until the third day.
