Pretty good location in downtown, easy to walk to public transport. It's an older hotel but meets all basic needs. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Except for the poor air circulation in the closed window, the room was pretty good.
One complaint: the potato chips left in the ice bucket when checking in were still there when checking out, which shows that the ice bucket was really not cleaned. Minor flaws are not major issues and do not affect recommendation.
Although there is no bottled water supply in the room, there is an ice machine and filtered drinking water (ice and room temperature) next to the elevator, which is also good from an environmental perspective.
The dining area on the second floor has basically been provided with hot water and coffee several times during the day. Thumbs up.

The location of the property is great, you can walk everywhere in downtown, and it's in a safe neighborhood. The luggage carts were hard to find, we finally came by one on our way out after staying for 3 nights.

The room we stayed in was huge and super nice. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Only thing I would say is if you want to swim the pool is very small so if you are wanting to lounge poolside then you may want a different hotel, for me it was fine. But I would definitely be happy to stay there again.

We really liked this hotel. It was in a great location, easy walk to many things. The room was comfortable and seemed up to date. The complimentary breakfast was really good and we loved the pool area. The balcony off of the breakfast area was really nice for relaxing.
There were a few things that we didn’t like or were annoying. There is no restroom by the pool/fitness center area. You have to go back to your room. Two of the four days of our stay, there were no pool towels. We had to call to have them restocked. Also, the ice machines did not work on most of the floors. We found one that was working. We called and they fixed some of them. We asked for room service daily just to get fresh towels and make the bed, not full service, and the first day we were skipped.
All in all, nice hotel and would stay there again. They just need to pay better attention to some things.
