The hotel is being renovated so the elevators weren't very clean. The rooms and eating areas were very clean though so I think the elevators are just temporarily dirty..
Staff very friendly and the food good (remember it's a La Quinta so pretty basic choices but all fresh).

The beds wasn't comfortable the toilet didn't work . The hot was out in several rooms . they told us it would be 3 hours before someone could look at it . They refused to give me a total refund .

Understand it is under construction but the rooms felt dirty and there were a number of problems with the rooms- and I had to move rooms due to a water issue. Hoping the renovations help.

We ran out of warm water and was given no resolution when we called for assistance. Warm water was available in the morning,, but had to go to bed without shower

I selected this hotel for the 1 night I was passing through due to it advertising laundry services and or on site guest laundry but upon asking the front desk staff they said they don’t provide the services, change, or detergent. Aside from the pee and hairs on the bathroom floor THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!!

The gentlemen in the front did his absolute best to try to help. Roooms, hallways and elevator are in deplorable condition. Gentlemen tried switching rooms only to find out second room was worst than the first one.
