This property is dated and not well-maintained. The machines in the fitness center are very outdated, the interior handle fell off our room’s door. But an outdated hotel would be okay if it were clean. That was not the case at this La Quinta. The room was dirty upon arrival. There were visible chunks of mud on the floor and small pieces of trash in the corners of the room. There is no way this room had been vacuumed anytime recently. The couch was full of dirty parts, some that flaked off and weren’t just old stains. The bedsheets had hair in them that was not the color or texture of anyone traveling with us, leading us to question whether the sheets are actually changed between guests. The ice machine was just…gross. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. They are doing renovations in the rooms on the first floor so it seems they are beginning to update the property but even those renovated rooms will not be pleasant to stay in if they are not cleaned.

This property is currently under major renovation, and that information should have been shared prior to booking. The ceilings were leaking. The microwave was broken. The first two rooms I received were disgustingly dusty. once being placed in a third room I had no hot water, no working iron or ironing board, and the breakfast was terrible. I would appreciate someone reaching back out to be regarding a refund.

There were lamps that did not work. The power outlets did not work. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway due to heavy rain.

Due to construction, the property has open access 24 hours a day. There was limited or no hot water. Construction workers are housed on site.

There was no hot water tv didn’t work no maintenance guy on site. They were also doing construction hotel was mess . The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. Mold mark in shower on ceiling . Will not stay again

My stay turned out to be terrible. They turned off the water so we weren’t able to flush toilet and at night the hot water was off so we could not shower I. A hot shower my girlfriend was so upset. Made for a very bad experience and I left and booked a different hotel the second day. None of the people were informed properly about this water shut off and because of it we had a very bad day
