I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden twice and it will remain my go to place to stay when you I’m in Austin. Staff is great, place was clean and the food was great.

Great location. Beautiful and welcoming lobby. The room is also great. The shower doesn’t havr great pressure, that's why I gave it four stars and not five.

Booked a King room but none were available so given a double queen (because I didn’t book directly through them). If you don’t book directly through Hilton they treat you like a third class citizen. I’ll go back to Hyatt and drive the extra 15 minutes.

Outstanding staff and service (very friendly and accommodating).
The hotel is clean and well-kept. My only comment is that the lighting was quite dim in the room, but otherwise I had a great stay.

Pretty decent and clean hotel, parking was easy. Hotel was lacking in certain aspects for a Hilton. Breakfast wasn’t included, my room didn’t have toilet paper when I got in. Weird smell came from the piping in the sink. Would I stay here again, yeah. And overall decent stay, but would stay in a more updated venue if the opportunity arises.
