Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.

Very bad experience. Check-in time is 4pm, which is quite late. At 1:30am, someone swiped the card at the door, but couldn't open the door. After communicating through the door, the front desk downstairs gave them the door card of this room number. They found someone in the room, apologized, and went downstairs. Twenty minutes later, close to 2am, the hotel service staff called to confirm my name, and then said that they had made a mistake in the room but now it has been dealt with. But after that, I woke up completely and it took a long time for me to fall asleep again. This incident seriously disturbed our sleep. When I checked out the next day, I asked the front desk about this matter. The male waiter at the front desk apologized perfunctorily, which made people feel indifferent.
In addition, the breakfast is very average, nothing delicious. The water from the shower in the room is thin, the water volume is small, and the bathroom facilities are old and small.

Nice stay but definitely an old hotel. The room was a little too dark with the lights being so dim. The only other issue I had was it was a bit too noisy. The door probably just needs a new top seal. Other than those complaints, everything was wonderful. Breakfast was huge with lots of variety. Everything was so clean too.

Honestly exceeded expectations. Very comfortable, convenient location, close to everything. Staff was exceptionally friendly!! Check in and out was a very pleasant and easy experience. It's nothing super fancy, but was good for the price. Also felt very safe. My only complaint is that the window for breakfast is very short, wish it was extended at least for another hour or two!

We loved the music decor! Shortly after getting to our room, we received a call to make sure our room looked good and if we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious with alot of variety and it was fresh and hot. The lobby has a coffee machine with several "fancy" coffee options and it was HOT and delicious!! The hot tub was perfect, felt great after a long drive. We'll be staying here again the next time we're in Austin.
