PUDIERAN MEJORAR EL ASPECTO DE COMUNICACION, MUY INTERMITENTE EL WIFI, LA CAMA DE UNO DE LOS CUARTOS MUY DURA NO SE PUEDE DESCANSAR A GUSTO, NOS LEVANTAVAMOS CON DOLOR DE ESPALDA, EL SOFA CAMA DE LA SALA, NO SE PUDO CONVERTIR EN CAMA , YA QUE APARENTEMENTE ESTABA SUJETADA EN LA PARTE INFERIOR. UNO DE LOS BANOS NO CONTEMPLABA PAPEL HIGIENICO. POR LO DEMAS MUY BIEN LA UBICACION , LOS ENSERES DOMESTICOS, ASI COMO CUBIERTOS TASAS Y PLATOS.

I stayed three nights at Kasa 2nd street. Lengthy details for arrival but fine after that. I felt safe there and enjoyed several great restaurants within a short walk.

We were on the 16th floor with a great view of the water and Austin downtown skyline. It was a virtual check-in, but the steps received for the check-in were very clear and easy to use. Apartment was very clean, well decorated, and had everything you'd need.

Incessant robo texting from the property at all hours of the night. Noise from units above was awful, as well as construction across the street that started promptly at 7:00 a.m. every day.

The property was immaculate and had everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is within walking distance of many unique eateries and night time hot spots without the noise. We had nice amenities and there was even a number to call when we needed something small such as coffee filters. The only reason I did not give five stars is because it is extremely hard to get in the building if you are not tech savvy. Ot is a virtual check in and requires knowledge of accessing everything from a smart device. It does mention that in the description, however it might not be very clear to certain people. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Door was awful to deal with. Would take 10-15 minutes to get the door opened. No one would help at all.
