Super 8 by Wyndham Austin MN

The room was average. For those taking the Land to Air shuttle, it is a very convenient location. The shuttle picks up right across the street. Breakfast was sufficient. If you took the shuttle into town, the only walkable restaurant is McDonalds. There is a stoplight a couple of blocks south to make for a safer crossing of the busy road. There are a number of restaurants to the north of Interstate 90, but getting there on foot would be very treacherous. I made a meal of items from the Kwiktrip. When I opened the mini refrigerator to put some items in, I found a number of items left inside from the previous occupant. I found the room quiet.

Room was decent, the people were accommodating. Exceptional gentleman, Yash, at the front desk checked me in. Very pleasant to talk to. Heat did not work in my room, though, but I slept well. Room looked pretty clean.

The building was run down, in bad need to be repaired. Bathroom door knob falling off. The room smelt bad. Customer service BAD. He acted like he didn't want to be there and was rude. No one was in the office to check us in upon our arrival. Phone number on counter was answered by the front desk person from back room and said "It was a wrong number" and hung up. And I could hear him on the phone and through the door of the back room.
