The accommodations were a big disappointment based on stays at other Crowne Plaza hotels. A handicapped person, traveling alone, would have difficulty getting up the long carpeted ramps to the unreliable elevators. They don't have rooms with roll-in showers and a king or 2 queens so we had to stay in a room with a bathtub. My spouse is paraplegic and couldn't reach the shower controls or soap dishes from the built in bath bench. Toiletries were not replenished without a specific request. The "wheelchair accessible" room was small and hard to navigate. We had requested a refrigerator, for medical reasons, during the reservation process and follow-up before arrival. We didn't receive it until the 5th day of our 8 day stay. Their restaurant prices were quite high; however there were several others within walking distance.

Unprepared for a large number of guests. Not enough shuttles/shuttle space to accommodate the number of guests to and from the airport. Many room reservation mistakes including mine. My reservation for another trip was canceled inadvertently when I booked this trip. Thank goodness I received a cancelation email to notify me of the mistake. Front desk staff seemed unconcerned with the various issues that arose for their customers. My room was nice and it was cleaned daily (I heard some were not). I was glad to have a window since some rooms open up to the lobby. I will say the gym was AWESOME for a hotel gym!

The ONLY thing I don't like about hotel is that their television sets do not have HDMI inputs..many people travel with laptops so obviously that's a problem. Restaurant food is good and also customer service. At least provide adapters for TV's

I reserved a parking space here because it said that it was 2.5 miles away from the airport and had shuttle access, only for me to ARRIVE and realize that it’s over triple the distance, and they don’t have a shuttle service to the airport! So I had to pay for an Uber, which was $20 both ways. So it almost tripled the price of the stay because of “not updating the third party service.” If you’re taking my money, you should be able to update something that is one of the main reasons people park here! Absolutely do not spend your money here, go somewhere else.

I was moved to three different rooms in my two-day trip. One room had someone in it, another room had a broken a/c unit and the floor was soaked all around it. Another room had a bad a/c unit that basically ran the whole time to keep the room at a muggy, wet 70 degrees. There was a broken beer bottle that sat uncleaned in the main lobby for an entire day. Everything seemed like a bother to the staff. And this place was $159 a night. I will never stay at this chain again and I’m currently working to get them removed from my company’s list of available places.

Staff is awesome....very friendly. Food and beverage peops are top notch w attention. Cricket is amazing. Never had a bad experience...consistently top notch peops. Fitness room is better than the average hotel too. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and has nice amenities. The room was spacious and has been well maintained. The front desk staff was a bit on the rude side and you shouldn't have to pay $12 to park because they are out of free spaces. If I'm paying that price I should be able to park for free. When I checked in I was told the parking would be validated but when I went to validate it there was another staff member who wouldn't honor the validation. Other than the front desk staff it was a great hotel.
