Hotel was good the shower was not working, overall food and breakfast was really good.

Wifi is not working they only 1 or 2 wifi for all floors, i found hair in my breakfast, breakfast completing before its time, bed matters to much heard not able to slip properly, they have only international in there name but nothing is there, not worth it. Images i did t have

Hotel is in the center of the city and well located to plan and visit most important sight seeing places in aurangabad. Hotel management and staff are very nice and courteous. The food was very nice and enjoyed. One suggestion is mattresses and pillows needs immediate change as they lack comfort.

Asked for advance even it is not required as per booking condition. I have paid advance. I have cancel-led within time frame. Hotel is not returning advance even nos of reminders

Rooms are clean, windows ac very old makes sound but not too high, breakfast gud, staff courteous, no hand towels but overall stay nice

The staff was very helpful throughout my stay 5/5 for that. Breakfast was slightly sad 3/5
the location was good 4/5. The problem i faced was the strong smell of phenyl / chemical as they mentioned they used to clean the rooms. As im allergic to it, it was removed later with lot of efforts by the staff. 3/5. The room i stayed was facing the toilet 3/5. Otherwise its a good option as per the rate.
