Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

Good, polite and very helpful hotel staff. Receptionist Miss Divya is very kind and helpful. Rooms could have been little more clean. Good mattress. Prime location. Restaurant is great and food quality is very good. Looking forward to visit Ginger again.

First day.. no wifi.. Second day.. no hot water and non smoking room filled with terrible smell of smoke.. Third day.. bathroom clogged.. Fourth day.. again no hot water.. After a full day of work, u come to a place which is more of a nuisance.. Call them n they will send someone after 2 hrs.. I'm stuck here because I paid for 6 nights in advance.. a decision I regret every moment of my stay here.. No view to talk of.. restaurant is literally like they somehow cramped few tables and chairs there.. Not much variety in breakfast.. Service is okay.. food is mediocre.. not worth the price you pay at all.. Expected better from a supposed 3 star hotel.. will never return or recommend to anyone. Ira by Orchid is way better in much lesser price..

20 ppl , 10 room group checkin. The hospitality by the team was excellent., restaurant ppl , securities and Front office staffs especially a girl name unknown & Ms. Garima took care well & put extra efforts for our comfort.. wil pay visit again soon...

Good maintenance and the staff is also friendly and as a alone lady. Janhavi from front desk was very co operative I was feeling safe in the property the team was also attentive and helped me with everything I wanted and with every small thing I will definitely recommend this stay and ll visit again
