Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ginger hotel, which truly exceeded my expectations. The reception managers, Renuka and Samiksha, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, they were always available to assist me with every step, providing personalized attention and care that made me feel valued and appreciated.

The stay was very comfortable for 3 days ..but specially the Reception staff Pranjali and Renuka made it very smooth and easy by coordinating and cooperating with us special thanks to both of them..like to visit ginger again. And thanks to the housekeeping staff too.

Had a grate stay clean room big lobby wonderful room service staff is polite and friendly specially pranjali was helpful from check to check out and food quality is good room cleaning staff Sandeep was good we will come again to stay hear and experience was good
