This was an older facility but clean and although located off a busy road was quiet. The breakfast was a bag with a muffin and a chewy bar but there was a coffee shop nearby. My request for a first-floor room was honored and I was able to park at my door.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn at 2562 Center West Pkwy, Augusta, GA. To my delight, it was a lovely place to be. Traveling by myself, I still secured a room with a king bed and all the TV channels I wanted. I was visiting to help my daughter in moving to an apartment, but the welcoming retreat of this Quality Inn made my work much lighter. The staff were very kind and gave me whatever extra I needed. The QI also offered a hot breakfast, either for eat in or to grab and hit the road. I wholeheartedly recommend this Quality Inn as a helpful and gracious place to stay in the Augusta area. They were just the best!

The hotel is in a perfect location, very clean and shiny. Christy was very helpful upon arrival. The rooftop bar is beautiful
2 HUGE negatives
AC didn’t work, called for service and all they did was turn the thermostat down to 60. The thermostat said 72 but it wasn’t (we keep our house at 78) It was Hot, fan never came in all night, my husband turned the thermostat Off and waited Fan finally came on when he turned it back on but not compressor.
So after sweating all night got up to take a shower and NO hot water. Very disappointed

Every single employee we had interaction with before and during our stay was helpful, professional and kind. This hotel is safe and secure. Offers free shuttle and went out of their way to take care of all the people going to a concert at the Bell! There is a free breakfast daily, the pancake machine was broken but the other choices were good. We also enjoyed a glass wine at the Managers reception on Tuesday. Thank you so much! We'll see you next time we are in Augusta! Another downtown hotel had the cars broken into. We had no problem with the security of our cars at this hotel.

Yesterday, July 25th, 6:00 p.m. I went through the drive thru and ordered a newly advertised 2pc spicy fish dinner. When I got home and opened the box the 2 pieces of fish were 2 puny strips maybe 1”x 5”. 1 hush puppy had lost 1/2 of the crust, the other half hush puppy looked like somebody took took a bite out of it and threw it back in the box. When I went back to the restaurant to return the food, I found both doors looked. I walked to the drive thru and was told there were only 2 employees there that is why. She was not a bit of apologetic and I had to demand that the fish and hush puppies would be replaced. They also didn't suggest the shrimp in the drive thru. According to the sign it is supposed to be free if they don't. I was told ”That they don't give away free shrimp” when I mentioned it. The fish was barely spicy, puny, and oil soaked.

Excellent
HHineni 17I was pleasantly surprised by how large the suite was. There was actual room to move around in the bathroom and plenty of room to spread out my various luggage. I only have a couple minor drawbacks. The king bed was basically a couple of cot frames with a large mattress, which left one side noticeably higher than the other. There was also no appreciable blanket on the bed. It was more like a thin throw blanket, which required me to fetch a fleece blanket from my vehicle to stay warm.
The televisions are rather small, which wasn't a huge deal except for the few hours I was in the room, and the sofa was not comfortable to sit on for very long. This was somewhat due to it being a sofa bed, but it was definitely showing its age. These were not very troublesome due to how little time I was in the room each day, but a longer stay would have made these painful to put up with.
BBrotherJayVery clean hotel. Beds are extremely comfy! The front desk agent Joy was very helpful and most attentive almost felt like a concierge experience. The hotel is a new construction situated on a medical campus. Across the street from the hotel is one of the top Burn Center hospitals in the country, Doctor’s Hospital of Augusta. I give this hotel four stars out of five.
GGuest UserThis was disappointing for a Courtyard. The staff was excellent, but the hotel is older and just updated. They didn’t bother to remove the popcorn ceiling. It still felt dated. Our room smelled musty, the tub dripped water, and the windows are original so you can hear people and cars in parking lot. The pillows are nice, the bed is harder than what we’ve been doing over the last week. Pets allowed so maybe that’s the musty smell? The photos shows a fire pit area, well there’s no fire or cushions on the chairs. Starbucks picture is just black coffee with only 3 flavor pumps they would add. This isn’t a Starbucks. You’re better to drive to the corner for real Starbucks. Quesadilla breakfast was very good, and cost $9.50. I would not recommend.
GGuest UserI travel for work. I basically live in hotels. I do not really care for it honestly. Until, I met Mrs. Faye! She was so sweet and accommodating. She went above and beyond her duties to make me feel at home and relaxed when I got home from work. This woman deserves a raise!!! Thanks again Mrs. Faye!!
GGuest UserThe family run hotel was a perfect spot for attending The Masters. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options! The hotel shuttle to the Masters was an added amenity. I would definitely stay here again!
JjenwhiteMy Husband and I had a okay stay. The lady that checked us was very sweet. The room was okay The beds okay. The only thing is the TV kept losing channel's Only Roko channel's.. The breakfast needs more healthy choices. The guy that was making breakfast was making me feel alittle uncomfortable just watching. Most likely will not go back. Thank you to the lady at the front desk.
GGuest UserLove the location of the hotel. Its close to Washington Road, where they have lots of restaurants and fun things to do. The staff was very nice and check in went smoothly. Its quiet and I sleep peacefully the entire night. I slept so good, I didn't want to get up the next morning. lol. I will definitely be going back again!!
