It's a budget hotel of Hilton. There's basically no breakfast nearby. It's probably noisy because of the construction. But overall, it's clean because it's a chain hotel. And the bedding is Hilton's and I slept well.

This hotel had roaches. There was roach that fell off the headboard onto the bed. A larger roach was hiding under the phone and ran out when I moved it. I took pictures and showed the front desk that night and said I was leaving. They said that I could cancel my reservation, but they just checked me out. I called the next day and was told that I would still be charged because I had used the room 😳. She was very defensive and told me I was lying about the room having roaches. She refused to refund my money. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner. I was told I would receive a phone call, which never came. I am a frequent traveler and a Diamond Member at Hilton and this is not normal behavior for a Hilton Property. I called Hilton Customer Service and they were great and issued me a refund through the mail. Management at the Spark was unapologetic and apparently they have no idea who their customers are. Hilton Customer Service made it right and was very apologetic, but this particular Spark hotel dilutes the Hilton name.It should not be associated with Hilton. By far the worst I have ever been treated by any Hotel and I have stayed at hundreds. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but this entire situation was outrageously bad. No name brand hotel should ever have roaches or bug infestation of any kind. And then to be told I was lying and I still had to pay for the room when I slept on a colleagues office sofa, was just too much.

My husband and I stayed at this location twice. It is inexpensive, but not Hilton quality. First time: Hallway and breakfast area were uncomfortably warm. Not the best quality of remodeling. Water pressure not the greatest. A little concern about the area. Second time: Same experience, although breakfast area was hot. More concern about the surrounding area. Also found the rear outside door to the stairway was left ajar (the regular rear door that unlocked with key card was fine). I properly closed the door to the stairway. Upon checking out later that morning, I wasn’t asked how my stay was, nor asked if I wanted a printed copy of my receipt vs email copy. Anyhow, I told the woman I wanted to share some concerns I had with our stay (later learned she was the manager). I advised this was our second stay here and that the hallway and breakfast room were very warm, almost hot. She replied there was no problem and I was the first guess to make this complaint. I replied that maybe the other guests just weren’t bold enough to say anything about it. I also told her about the outside door to the stairwell being left ajar and felt unsafe. She was nonchalant about that, which took me by surprise. A typical response would have been to thank me for bringing this to my attention and advise she would look into this. I worked a front desk at a hotel and the safety of our guests was a priority. She agreed. The entire time, she had an attitude. I advised we won’t be staying there again. She said “that’s fine” and wished me a good day (continuing with the attitude). We hav

I was told this property used to be a Sleep Inn. Had never heard of it before and being a loyal Hilton member thought I would try it out. Seems like Hilton has been buying up old properties and refreshing them lately. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, smelled good. I just needed a place to lay my head for one night, visiting friends for July 4. There were no drawers or shelves in the room. I had the King bed room. lots of floor space. However the toilet, shower area reminded me of the size you might find if you were in a sleeper room on a train. Quite tiny. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy looking outside but is conveniently off the highway, and inside the property I felt safe. The cost w/ tax was about $100 for me as a rewards member, no points used. They had free breakfast but I didn't try it out. Had small fitness area but no pool. Perfect place if you just need a place to lay your head for a night or two. But if you want amenities (ie pool, bar, nice sitting areas and ground) this is probably not the hotel for you.

Let’s start off by sayin when searching for a hotel last minute. This didn’t cross my mind. As I scroll on the internet, nothing was available that I wanted. And then came this hotel I’ve never heard of. And you guys offer military discount. Thank you for your support. The greeting through the door was great. The room was clean and just enough for me. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you guys for such a warm welcome stay.

One of cleanest hotels i have been in. Fresh odor not overwhelming. The common areas very well kept. The room was bright and clean. Again not an overwhelming odor but clean and fresh smelling. Front desk staff Tyanna, Nicole and Carmen greeted me with smiles and very welcoming conversation while interacting with me. Thank you foraking my first stay at a Spark a pleasure.

Stayed here during Masters week so it's understandable that it would be expensive but it was exorbitant for a barely two star motel. I had to pay $1,966.99 per night for a pretty awful experience with a room that had holes in the walls and ceilings, water marks, damage, pillow cases that neither fit the pillow nor seemed like they had been washed or pressed, a terrible attitude from all of the employees at the front desk, and a complete lack of communication from the property even when they sent an automated text asking if there was anything i needed, they refused to respond on four occasions. Additionally as a Gold member the only perk with the property is free bottle of water which was available on Thursday but out of stock on Friday and Saturday night. When I phoned Hilton guest services to complain they told me they would have to call the property and then recommended I phone the manager there, Courtney to discus. Whom I had tried to reach via text during my stay and asked to speak with a number of times before finally reaching her five days later. Courtney was the leas helpful, least compassionate and most crass hotel employee I had ever dealt with. Not only did she tell me that all of my issues/complaints were not valid, but told me that I was lying about them and that I should have taken photos to prove what I was saying and that she really didn't care about the issues since she was just the manager but would bring it up with the owners. There were other issues I experienced that are not even worth mentioning or the continued lack of service or communication from numerous reception employees. I would recommend avoiding this motel at any cost and certainly not praise the staff. Photos on website are not a true reflection of the rooms in any way whatsoever.

Mediocre Housekeeping tried letting themselves in at 7 am. How does that happen? Beds are hard. It’s a convenient location and budget friendly. Only good things. My son said the room was a flash back to the 70’s.
