A great place to stay in a great area with a great staff. The manager was very thoughtful always checking to make sure all is well. The Morning lady (Andrea) kept a smile even when she was frustrated and the night guy was very pleasant and helpful, offering plenty of smiles. The rooms were very clean and well kept as the price was most appropriate.

This review is about top level customer service provided by the Econo Lodge Manager named Rick. I had an issue with a reservation and the entire team, led by Rick has been simply amazing. Rick has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and make appropriate accommodation for me. He’s taken each call from me personally and extended his warm hospitality throughout my interaction. He is friendly, personable, kind and always professional. For all my travels to Augusta, I would only stay at his hotel. He is a stand out employee and should be recognized as such. The hotels rooms are clean and updated. The hotel location is awesome and safe. The staff is very helpful. Continental free Breakfast is very nice and enough. Really enjoyed our stay, Love to stay here again.

Arrived late in the evening due to visiting grandbaby in the Nicu at the Children’s Hospital and opened the door to a musky smelling room almost like stale smoke. The bathroom shower walls Appeared to have black mold, grout and on the ceiling, the bedside table had mildew on the bottom of it, the door on the cabinet that had the refrigerator inside would not close good and when you slammed it shut with chips fell on the floor. Had to go to the store and buy some Lysol and Febreze spray to spray everything out in the room to make it tolerable. Would not recommend and will not stay again!
