Posizionato nelle vicinanze dell'autostrada ma non vicino al centro (comunque la zona è servita dal tram). Albergo con ristorante, piscina coperta, spa, parcheggio privato. Colazione, centro benessere e piscina non sono comprese nel prezzo per le camere standard. Nonostante il parcheggio sia proprio dell'hotel hanno comunque deciso di farlo pagare 10 euro al giorno.

Soggiorniamo in Hotel con un gruppo. Punti positivi 1) colazione molto buona, con dolce e salato in quantità e con diverse scelte 2) cena buona, a buffet con buona scelta e con antipasti e un dolce 3) camera abbastanza spaziosa, pulita. Letto non perfetto, buona qualità del sonno. Punti negativi 1) ci siamo fermati due notti. La camera NON è stata rifatta e gli asciugamani NON sono stati cambiati. Hanno detto che il sabato le camere non vengono rifatte. NON ESISTE una cosa del genere per un 4 stelle !!! 2) scarico del bagno rotto 3) sgabello del bagno con una gamba rotta, molto pericoloso 4) stanza datata con arredi da rimodernare e senza riscaldamento acceso. Un albergo a 4 stelle deve fare meglio.

Wir haben das Patchworkhotel Alpenhof als Quartier für unsere Footballmannschaft genutzt. Bereits die gesamte Buchung und Vorabstimmung mit dem Alpenhof verlief reibungslos. Obwohl wir mir über 70 Personen angereist sind, erfolgte der Check-In schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war qualitativ hochwertig. Das Gleiche gilt für das Abendessen. Die Meetingräume entsprechen dem aktuellen Stand der Technik und sind großzügig und mit Tageslicht. Besonders hervorzuheben, ist die Professionalität des gesamten Hotelpersonals. Stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und mit einem Augen, was gerade zu tun. Wir hatten den ein oder anderen Sonderwunsch, für den immer eine Lösung gefunden wurde. Sowohl die Coaches als auch die Spieler würden bei der nächsten Augsburg-Reise sofort wieder im Patchworkhotel Alpenhof einchecken.

Rezeptionist bei check-in für Gruppe überfordert und arbeitete im Zeitlupen Tempo. Check-out ging flott und emotionslos. Zimmer ok, allerdings reinigt Zimmer-Service gebrauchte Gläser nicht. Restaurant kann man nutzen, wenn man keine größeren Ansprüche hat. Frühstück aufs nötigste reduziert - häufiger Nachfragen notwendig, wenn etwas aus ist. Das Hotel an sich ähnelt einem Museum...alles wild durcheinander. Kein stylisches System erkennbar - sehr überladen. Wellness habe ich nicht genutzt - Bademantel in Kindergröße. Super hingegen Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus und Anbindung an die Strassenbahn vor der Tür (ca. 20 min in die Innenstadt) sowie die Autobahn. Discounter um die Ecke.

Hotel molto grazioso, curato nei particolari, personale estremamente gentile, ogni angolo pulito e curato, camere molto spaziose letto estremamente comodo. Le camere sono staccate dall' ala ristorante e colazione ma facilmente raggiungibile a due passi. Lo consiglio moltissimo
