The check-in on arrival was very friendly. Everything important was explained confidently. It would have been nice to enjoy a fresh fruit salad with natural yoghurt for breakfast. Otherwise everything was great. Good mattresses and lots of pillows to sleep on.

The room was good. Good space and nice bed but the service was disaster!!! The bathtub was so dangerous, when I took a shower, water came all over the place and I tried to dry the floor with 4 towels!!! There was not any soap and shower gel that I washed myself with the remaining of hand soap. The reception was closed past 8:30 and therefore I couldn’t get any service! The breakfast quality was poor and not much was available to eat. Waste of money chosing this hotel….!🤨

Located directly opposite the Ausburg Hbf, this 4 stars hotel is indeed great for a good stay! Requested for a back facing room, given 301, spacious Superior Twin room with a bathroom & bathtub. TV was big, minibar, safe & kettle but no coffee/tea. Check in was at 3pm and we were allowed in only at 2.30pm, dead tired after been walking from 9.30-2.30pm! While waiting for room, we were offered tea/coffee at the hotel breakfast area. Sound proofing was good when windows are closed. Small but fast elevator. Breakfast was quite expensive and was not included in our rates. Common areas of the hotel are tastefully furnished in a classical style, love it! Location is really superb - opposite a mall with Rewe supermarket & dm Markt. And next to a shopping street with Muller, C & A, Peek & Copllenger (spelling?). Overall, a good one night’s stay for us.

Typical city hotel in a central location, hotel's own parking lot, comfortable rooms of sufficient size, good beds and practical equipment, very nice breakfast buffet and super friendly staff, room and bathroom cleaning not quite perfect, a bit noisy, the advertised Art Deco style is only present in the stairwell and breakfast room, otherwise everything is OK but not a bargain

I have never experienced a hotel where the beds are not made, the towels are not changed or empty soap dispensers are not replaced. The bathroom is not cleaned and the garbage cans are not emptied. Nor are the tea and coffee that you drank replaced. I was in Augsburg for five days on business and will avoid this hotel next time and can only recommend it to all travelers who want to relax in a nicely made room in the evening. The breakfast deserves special mention. It is really good.
