Good hotel

The hotel is relatively clean, the room is small, and it is a family room with a baby bed. It is about 20-30 minutes walk from the scenic spot. Free parking is available in the hotel yard, which is great👍 The breakfast is OK, and it has everything you need, including a coffee machine, several kinds of sausages, cereal, boiled eggs, and fresh and delicious bread. The cups and plates are hot and clean👍 There are many people at breakfast. The lobby is quite warm and the service is OK. The wash basin in the bathroom is awkward. It is so high that you can only wash your hands, face and mouth, and the water flows back.

This time everything was great. We chose a room with two beds. The bed width is great.

Centrally located, clean hotel Breakfast was good quality, but unfortunately it was very bread-heavy and there were no hot dishes (no scrambled eggs, bacon, fried eggs, omelettes, etc.) Rooms were nicely furnished, but there was no fridge

Booked a room for 1 adult and two teenagers. The bed and sofa bed were good. Clean bathroom with nice shower. Breakfast is included. Is not luxurious, but perfect. Good quality for low price. Had a great sushi dinner at Royal Dragon, only a couple of minutes walking distance

Very clean, easy to reach, with good parking. Breakfast not as good as other Holiday Inn Express hotels but the quality was not bad.

Only a 15-min walk from the Old City. Friendly staff. Good parking area.

Had issues with toilet not flushing properly and no response from hotel to resolve issue. Had to use lobby toilet for solids.

Great location and very comfortable hotel. However, the hotel staff is very unfriendly and breakfast is really bad. It is about time to improve how to welcome guests!
