The experience is very good, very hygienic, very close to the train station, very convenient, and it’s only a ten to twenty minutes walk from the city center. There are also restaurants and cafes nearby.

J'ai connu beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel ibis. Déçue. Le jour d'arrivée, la jeune a la réception était toute seule alors que nous sommes en été et que l'hôtel était complet, elle allait vite et a oublié de nous expliquer les informations nécessaires. Le code parking ne fonctionnait pas. Les chambres : hygiène moyenne, toiles d'araignée et araignées parfois, moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain, manque de serviette de bain (obligé d'aller en demander), manque le lit parapluie demandé et en pas bon état, petit déjeuner moyen, la chambre n'est pas faite et serviette pas changées sur plusieurs nuits... Quelques bons points: le lit était correct, l'isolation aussi, proche de Metz, bien située dans une zone commerciale. Nous n'y retournerons pas, d'autres hôtels à proximité à tester dans la même zone.
