The front desk service was excellent! Both the hotel's exterior and the room decor were incredibly cozy and inviting, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress firmness was also just right.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the University of Auckland. After taking a taxi from the airport to Waitemata Station, it's about a four or five-stop bus ride from Britomart, and the bus stop is right across from the hotel. There are many bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was very smooth; even though there were a lot of people checking in that afternoon, it was well-organized and efficient overall. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even asked if I had stayed at their hotel before. I mentioned I had been to Cordis Beijing Capital Airport previously, but this was my first time here. Upon entering, I noticed the hotel's signature scent, which was indeed identical to the one at Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. The room facilities were all great, the mattress was very comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very fast. The toiletries were of high quality with a pleasant scent, and since the weather was dry in autumn, applying some body lotion made me feel very comfortable. Cordis hotels are known for their breakfast, and the restaurant in the morning certainly offered a wide variety of delicious-looking options. Perhaps due to jet lag, my stomach still thought it was 4 or 5 AM after I finished eating, so I didn't eat much. All in all, this booking on Trip.com offered excellent value for money, and this comfortable trip made me very happy and relaxed.

Stayed at this hotel on a friend's recommendation, and it largely met our expectations. The breakfast was also very substantial. It's within walking distance of Auckland's famous Queen Street, and there's also a hotel shuttle service, which is very convenient.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
