I absolutely loved this hotel! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Auckland. It's perfectly situated on Queen Street, very close to the ferry terminal, making it super convenient to get around. You can easily walk to a variety of fantastic restaurants. The room itself was beautiful, decorated in a style I really liked, and it was wonderfully spacious. I can be quite particular about my room, and the front desk staff went above and beyond, even bringing in a Mandarin-speaking colleague, to patiently show me different rooms until I found one I was completely happy with. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. I especially enjoyed the hotel's coffee, tea cups, and the decorative artwork. I had such a lovely and comfortable stay here.

Excellent location, right on Queen Street next to Louis Vuitton. The service was great, very proactive in resolving any issues. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. The facilities were also good.
