Horizon City is centrally located with lots of nice food places and convenience shops nearby, a short walk to Viaduct Harbor, connected to SkyCity ****** and 30mins walk to Ponsoby. we got the Elite Harbor View King rooms (1002 and 1005) and they did not disappoint, views are beautiful!
staff are always friendly and helpful, we love the rooms, big comfortable, modern with hot and strong showers, the only draw back is beds are on the softer side and tends to sink lower at the headboard part.

Excellent! The location is super convenient. We booked the All Blacks Experience and it was only a five-minute walk from the sky bridge to the other side of SkyCity Tower.

Our last night in New Zealand was spent at this hotel, and we chose it specifically because the airport bus stop is right outside – it didn't disappoint! Free water was a nice touch, and overall, it was very clean and convenient.

Excellent hotel, great location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Free bottled water is provided daily. It's not far from Green Supermarket and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, the Skydrive bus to the airport stops right across the street, which is super convenient.

The hotel is right across from the Sky Tower, so you'll know you've arrived as soon as you spot it! The airport bus and InterCity stop right opposite, so it's just a quick walk across the road to get to the hotel – super convenient! I thought rooms in the city would be smaller than those in South Island towns, but this room was actually very spacious! During the off-season, the value for money was absolutely fantastic! It's not far from Queen Street either, making it easy to find food, entertainment, and everything else you need. Just be aware that it's downhill on the way there, but a really big uphill climb on the way back!!! I wouldn't recommend going out at night, as there are some scary homeless people in the city who randomly yell at passersby. Remember to walk quickly and avoid looking or lingering. Overall, I really liked it!

This hotel is very new and modern! The light switches and all were all touch sensored and very different from traditional hotels! Overall hotel was very comfy and very convenient too with a direct bridge over to sky city where the ****** was located.

The room was very clean and super convenient for the airport, with the SkyBus stop right opposite. The front desk even gave us water in glass bottles. The room was really comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern and well-equipped.
