From the minute we stepped foot in the building we were made to feel welcome. Every question was answered politely and superb service from start to finish. Definitely staying again soon. Our room was spacious and clean. A welcome note to top it off and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Well done!

Overall satisfied Location: Very good. It's only a 5-minute walk from the sky tower. It's also within walking distance to Queen St. It takes about 8-10 minutes. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel, all within walking distance, including brunch, Japanese food, and Korean food; There is a park directly opposite the hotel. Environmental hygiene: The room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for people who need to wash clothes every day. The room is also relatively large and has a living room. Just ask the front desk for disposable items and bring your own slippers. Some rooms can directly see the skytower, while others can only see the night view of the city. Parking: The hotel has its own parking lot 🅿️, which costs $40 per night. There are also street parking and other parking lots nearby. But the advantage of the hotel parking lot is that the parking lot can directly reach the hotel room. We booked this hotel three nights before arriving in Auckland this time. An Indian helped us check in. We wanted two room cards, but were told they couldn't provide them. We were speechless. I returned to Auckland after playing for a few days. I stayed at this hotel for my last night. A white guy helped me check in and gave me two room cards without saying a word.

I have booked for six days. I liked their environment, service, and room cleaning service. But I thought not like one fat man's communication. He has just not been as good as I thought four-star hotel manager. Unless It is not matter, other thoughts are the best for me.
Crowne Plaza Auckland, an IHG Hotel

A centrally located hotel within walking distance of the harbour and other attractions. Stayed here for two nights to recover from a long flight before setting off on our New Zealand odyssey. Check in is efficient and our room was on the 23rd floor which afforded views across the city. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with good quality accessories and the shower was powerful and hot. Ideal. However, we were close to lift and the whooshing noise when it was in use would annoy some. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The buffet is expensive for what’s on offer and the quality of the food we found average at best. At the time we stayed there was major construction work in progress outside the hotel although we were out during the day so it didn’t bother us.

The first floor smelled of paint as it was under renovation, but the guest room floors were clean and odorless. The bed was very clean and odorless, and I was able to have a personal area so I could rest in peace. Various areas were under renovation, so workers were coming and going during the day, but the rooms were very quiet. I can't speak English very well, but all the people at the reception were kind and responded politely and with translation help. I appreciate it very much. Unfortunately, there were no knives or scissors in the kitchen to cut the ingredients, making it difficult to prepare. However, I am generally satisfied. I will use it again when I come to Auckland!
Tetra Serviced Apartments by Nesuto

I am keep going back to Waldorf Tetra every time I stay in Auckland because the place is very clean, handy location, and most of all because of the superb customer service. The staff members are all very kind and helpful. What they amaze me with is they are very attentive and responsive. I have been to many many hotels around the world, mostly business hotels. I have been a big fan of the services provided in the business hotels in Japan, but this Waldorf Tetra has a better service in terms of how genuinely they attend to their customers and responsibly follow up with any issues. The manager Kamalpreet and all the staff members are doing such a great job. The ladies in the reception are wonderful and beautiful ladies with pretty smiles. I am going to go back there soon and tell my friends and colleagues about how good they are. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for your amazing service. I am sure you guys will become the top level hotel in near future.
