Fantastic hotel in a wonderful setting. Beautiful rooms with stunning views, including the cute resident donkeys. Service was impeccable and the pool was divine. Was great hotel on our driving holiday. Would highly recommend it. The staff were very helpful and suggested some great local restaurants for us.

The hotel is austere, verging on soulless, on top of a hill with high fencing all round reinforcing the feeling of being in a compound... We did not eat in the restaurant but breakfast was a predictable buffet: too many items - meaning that cheese was dry because it had been out too long - and the croissants ran out... Coffee was filtered in a jug and, although there was a proper coffee machine, it was not offered as an alternative to the filtered jug - the staff either didn't know how to use it (my husband asked) or it was not to be used for breakfast. It would have made a huge difference to have had proper coffee. We had a standard room which was small and there was nowhere to sit - one chair/desk close to the bed - other than on the bed itself. The towels and linen were lovely.

We had birthday dinner it was the worst ever meal main course maigret canard served cold after rejection served warmer tasted od liver no vegatables fresh or warm still not good desert even worse to disgusting for words .. 125 euro later still felt sick and hungry got 2 glces of champagne for free bravo still feel dont bother

Stayed one night travelling to a wedding. Wish we had longer. Very relaxing. Very clean. Room usual size and clean. No tea and coffee making though. Restaurant on another planet. Sooo good. Everyone friendly. Lovely surroundings and quiet pool

Lovely pool, beautiful property. But for the price, we expect the wifi to work in the room and to not be attacked by mosquitoes in the night (even a warning would be better than nothing - we would have closed the windows and put the AC on if we’d known there was an issue.)

A little outside of Auch. Very nice and well-kept facility. Rooms are very modern and air-conditioned. Very well equipped. We had a standard room. However, we were only there for one night as we were passing through. Completely OK. Very nice pool area. You can also get a massage. Beautiful restaurant. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the landscape. Food is excellent, but also in the higher price segment. Food was more expensive than the overnight stay. But it was worth it. Free parking. We will definitely come back.

8th time we have stayed at Domaine de Baulieu and we have never been disappointed. This year the tiger mosquitoes played spoilsport but it remains a wonderful place both for the setting and the food.
