Hotel seems brand new. Beds and pillows comfortable. Shower and elevators oddly not that clean but everywhere else spotless. The whole coffee/ beverage area was out of service which was a pain at breakfast. We also forgot toothpaste and I was surprised they couldn’t help us. Had to find a cvs. I would definitely try an avid hotel again based on this though.

The hotel is very new and opened later. The indoor facilities are very clean and the bed is very soft and comfortable. I will choose it again next time.
