This hotel is CLOSED and it's telephone number is disconnected. You can still book a room on the web, including Choice Hotels (the hotel's parent brand) but it has been closed since at least October 2024! Don't waste your time and book here. It is CLOSED.

The hotel is disgusting, run down and unsafe. My room faced the completely dark courtyard where there was a pool surrounded by overgrown vegetation. There was a couple of guys hanging out in an open doorway playing music which did not make me comfortable as a female staying alone in a motel. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. The wallpaper is peeling, toilet top is old. The furniture is threadbare. This place should be shut down. Also, the elevator is broken, and per the guy at reception has been for a long time as the owner refuses to fix it. I left because I didn't feel comfortable staying there by myslef.

The other reviews are correct! This place should be condemned. The door handle to our room was broken and we were unable to open the door, and had to wait for it to be replaced. The fridge was warmer than the room, and there was used soap in the shower. The AC worked, but made the room smell like an ash try, and god knows what else.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was a disgusting dump. Paint and wallpaper peeling in the room, no housekeeping service, plumbing backed up, and cockroaches in the room, Towels were torn, bedding was old and ripped. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in,

This may be the worst hotel ever. Sure, it has a pool. It has only a small amount of filthy water and rotting poolside furniture. Check out room 142. The door was off its top hinge leaving it open at the bottom. It made a nice home for ground squirrels. I frankly do not understand why the building has not been condemned. It took disgusting to a whole new level. .

If I could select zero stars, I would. We have in a lot of hotels over many years. This was the first place I ever stayed where we wish we could have left right after seeing our room. The floor looked like it had flooded recently. And seeing the light come in in the morning under the door, it probably did. Smelled like chemicals. Not the nice kind. The wall had mold on it in the shower. The ceiling was pealing and looked like it had a leak in the room above that leaked into the shower ceiling. The small refrigerator was rusting away on the front. And to top all of this off, the sheets, pillow cases and every single towel and wash cloth was tinted with yellowish stains… it was absolutely disgusting. We would never stay here again and seriously makes me question how this place stays open.

Don't stay here. The price is good but there's a reason why. I checked in and asked for a late checkout because I'm an elite member with Choice Hotels. The lady said, "I can give you till noon but you're going to have to call the front desk tomorrow and make sure they know." What's the point of a late checkout if I have to wake up at normal time instead of sleeping in? Then we got to the room and promptly saw two dead roaches on the tile next to the toilet and three bugs in the bathtub. The bathroom sink doesn't drain and in the morning when my wife went to wash her hands after using the toilet the water came out brown. It's a darn good thing I know how to brush my teeth using a bottle of water from being in Mexico on business and Uganda and Guatemala on mission trips. Because that's what I did, stood out by my car brushing my teeth. I didn't know I would have to do it in the United States also. And she was up using the toilet because housekeeping knocked on our door 1 hour and 9 minutes before checkout time and woke us both out of a dead sleep. This place sucks. Clarion Inn is supposed to be on the higher end of the spectrum of the Choice Hotels brand. I would call this lucky to be an Econo Lodge. It's that bad.
