This hotel should shut down, renovate and get new management. We should have been paid to stay! The hot tub was not open, the lock in the swimming pool door was absent and covered in duct tape, the elevator made scary clunking noises, the printer in the lobby was out of ink, the security latch on the room door was hanging by loose screws, the bathtub was slippery and no bath mat was available, there was an ant infestation in our room 314, breakfast had only Trix cereal, no yogurt, bagels were stale and old, no fruit at all, and no manager was on site until 9:15 AM. On the positive side the beds were comfortable, the staff were as helpful as they COULD be, the manager DID get the lock fixed and printed out a page for us, and the waffles were good. The ants were too small to capture in a picture. They got into our suitcases and were taken to the next hotel!
