It is reasonable condition for budget price. The staffs were kind and bed was OK though the road to metro station was less safe.

Check in was good, no hassle, pleasant staff. Room was nice, very clean with a nice en-suite bathroom, again, very clean with a really nice power shower. Particularly liked the flooring. Breakfast was €10 and was fairly good. Downsides for me, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you have to pay for a cuppa in reception and the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Good location, near the metro station.

I wiil advise my enemy to stay in this hotel. First day, ceiling of the lounge dripping with water aand the whole place smelling. Getting into the room, they provided family of 4 with one bed. We complained that this wasn't what they showed on the advert. They said if they are to change us into another room. We have to pay extra money, which i did paid 136.74 euros. They the environment was full of ***** and crooks like criminals hanging around looking for their next target. We are always scared to go out to train station or shops. I will never recommend the hotel for my enemy

This is a Bio (Organic) Italian restaurant, a very short walk from the Tour de Eiffel. The service (in both French and English was friendly and prompt. We ordered from the Plat du Jour - Spaghetti Carbonara and the Veal Milanese with a hot goats cheese salad to start and a absolutely delicious tiramisu for dessert all for the grand price of 15 Euros each. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and despite the fact that we live quite far away in the 5th, we will be returning here again for sure. Certainly worth trying this place out!

Hotel very well located near the metro. Well maintained and very pleasant and available staff. Hotel overlooking the ring road with very limited sound insulation..... Too bad for sleeping! Family room which is not one. It is a classic bedroom with a bunk bed added to the room to the detriment of comfort. So no bedside table, the double bed is stuck between the wall and the bunk bed. You have to crawl at the foot of the bed to get out. The bathroom is designed for 2 with a mini shower and space for barely 1 toiletry bag. It's a shame because the rest is good. The breakfast is complete, the room is rather welcoming, the luggage storage is practical for walking around without a suitcase on the day of departure. Only the room needs to be rethought...
