This is really below average for an Ibis budget hotel . Firstly the air-conditioning in the room doesn’t work , one of the lift is permanently also not working . that’s a lot of long-term residence living in this hotel looks like a temporary housing for ethnic people than an actual hotel.

It is on the outskirts but has metro line 12 that takes you 10 to 15 minutes to all the places to visit...it is a great combination...the hotel is simple but clean...daily cleaning service...breakfast service. Very comfortable

Very poorly maintained hotel and unfriendly area frequented by many people on *****. The hotel service non-existent, chaotic installation with water leak in the middle of the night and breakfast from the day before.

The front desk reception and room service are very friendly. The room is clean and bright. There is an Auchan supermarket and a fried chicken fast food restaurant downstairs. It is also very close to the subway station Line 12.

The stay was just perfect, very good service from the receptionists and security. The hotel is very well located, no worries, and has a metro station with very quick links to Paris and all its lines. Extreme cleanliness, modern bathroom and everything that follows, renovated! Thank you all

The hotel has a good breakfast. It is close to the metro. The location is not bad. Cleanliness is good. It is a stayable hotel.

It's quite simple and can do better with slightly dirty towels because it's an 8 out of 10

Sorry, the room is tied with tissue and towels... There is no hairdryer, and the staff is extremely unresponsive... There is no sound insulation in the room, I don't recommend...
