This is the most funny hotel I have ever stayed in to see people talking, and it is not good to learn to serve in such a high-end hotel. The sanitation is still very clean, and the bed towels are not a big problem except for some smoke. But the water heater in the toilet has to be plugged in the room card to start boiling water, so it takes a long time to take a bath...

The soundproofing is not very good, the room facing the street is very noisy. I used to live in GreenTree Inn. I should change the brand in the future. I didn't book GreenTree Inn in Kashgar.

Great hotel and one of the best showers we had on our trip. Room was nice and clean but beds are slightly small for a family with children. However we managed and enjoyed our short stay. A bit complicated for foreigners to stay so better to arrive early in the day and not at night as we did because it takes a bit of time for approval and registration. However staff did their best given the late arrival time of us. But the hotel is nice and new and comfortable no doubt. One of the better hotels in the city and well located. Parking was a bit dirty though.
