Great hotel and one of the best showers we had on our trip. Room was nice and clean but beds are slightly small for a family with children. However we managed and enjoyed our short stay. A bit complicated for foreigners to stay so better to arrive early in the day and not at night as we did because it takes a bit of time for approval and registration. However staff did their best given the late arrival time of us. But the hotel is nice and new and comfortable no doubt. One of the better hotels in the city and well located. Parking was a bit dirty though.

房間很不錯，設備滿新的，服務人員親切態度良好，可以停車，性價比挺高的。早餐也蠻好。這次選擇阿圖什落腳也是新疆的一個蠻大的城市，圖的就是住宿環境。

提前兩天預訂了套房，等到準備入住的時候酒店的人打電話説套房在頂樓，沒電梯，讓我換大床房。 換了也就換了，但是房間裏竟然有蟑螂，晚上一衹，第二天早上又是一衹😪😪😪就這樣的情況，前台服務員還讓我給好評！

酒店服務很好，周邊吃飯購物也很方便，就是地下車庫到酒店大堂的電梯沒有按鈕，每次車庫下來乘電梯都需要打電話給前台，讓他們把電梯按到負一樓，不太方便，可能酒店也是出於安全考慮吧。

一打開廁所門一股尿騷味就撲面而來，沖散了旅途的勞累，又加重了頭暈噁心。酒店辦入住等了半天，漢庭和全季在一個樓，早餐還可以吧。停車場挺破的，千萬別忘了找前台拿停車票。

雖然還不能從華住會APP上下訂單，但從硬軟件兩方面考察都符合全季酒店的標準。給個好評本來是應該的，但六小時後到了另一個地方住酒店被拒，原來一直推拉沒有辦理退房手續！
