Spent the best part of a month here. In all that time standards remained consistently high. The restaurant was excellent, pizzas were excellent and very cheap.The cafeteria was also super, Coffee and cakes were delicious. Very good location. Cheap parking available 500 metres down the road, 2 euros for 24hrs. I would stay here again within hesitation.

Hotel was very nice, room was clean, the breakfast was very good with fresh pastries and many healthy items. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and very pleasant. Location was very good, there are buses nearby and many restaurants nearby.

Spent four days at the Viva with my husband to be in town to visit relatives. The room was modest but clean and comfortable, fresh towels daily but no safe in room. When shutters are closed, you cannot hear a sound from outside. The breakfast in the mornings was quite good. Great hard rolls and a fabulous display of pastries. The restaurant downstairs is wonderful for lunch and dinner. Great pizzas, wines and entrees. The staff is wonderful, especially Marika and Emalia at the front desk. Safe, warm, welcoming and a great value. Also, for an additional 10-euro one can park the car under the hotel. This is wonderful as there is very, very little on street parking in that part of town. This was not my first time at the Viva and it won't be my last. Really like this hotel, great value and wonderful people.

Facilissimo da raggiungere, ben ubicato, stanza pulita ed accogliente, minifrigo assortito, reception educata ed empatica. Costo molto ma molto interessante. Garage all'interno, pagamento a parte. Ci tornerò, ovviamente per lavoro.

Un piacevole soggiorno in un ambiente gradevole e accogliente. L’hotel è situato al centro di Avellino di fronte a un piccolo parco ben curato. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile ad aiutare a risolvere alcuni nostri problemi organizzativi. La camera al secondo piano era silenziosa ampia pulita e luminosa con grandi finestre e un bel bagno. La presenza del ristorante, del garage e del bar e ottima pasticceria danno una marcia in più. Anche la colazione in hotel è stata di buona qualità e la cameriera è stata disponibile a preparare un buon cappuccino extra con latte di soia. Non abbiamo potuto testare il ristorante ma se torneremo ad Avellino lo faremo sicuramente.

Ottima soluzione. Comodo al centro e al tribunale. Dotato di buon bar/pasticceria ed anche di ristorante, i due locali sono aperti al pubblico esterno. Personale molto gentile. Stanza funzionale. Unico neo è l’illuminazione che aumenterei per chi volesse lavorare in stanza. Possibilità di parcheggio interno.

Buon hotel con servizio garage molto utile. Stanze confortevoli ed ottima pulizia generale. Ottimi i bagni con docce spaziose. Materasso eccellente , forse migliorerei la colazione che si è rivelata poco ricca. Comunque buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Utile per viaggi di lavoro come posizione, ci tornerò .

Ottimo albergo e ottimo ristorante servizi ottimi personale sempre presente il soggiorno e stato lungo X problemi di salute di mia moglie ricoverata in ospedale per 11 giorni purtroppo non ci sono altre cose da scrivere perché già lo conoscevo
