This hotel was a great location. I have seen other reviews which said that it was too many stairs and the elevator was small. If you've visited places like Greece, or others in the amalfi, this is the norm. However, once you catch your breath after climbing all those stairs, you are welcomed by a very friendly and helpful staff. I must mention to members specifically. First: Carlo was the absolute BEST!!!! BRAVO CARLO!!!! This hotel is lucky to have a person working for them who is always willing and at your disposal with all of your needs. PALAZZO FERRAIOLI, you are lucky to have him!!!!!! And 2nd: Chiara!!!!! I can't say enough about Chiara. From the start, she never stopped smiling and always so friendly. She was very patient with my poor italian. She was exceedingly helpful!!! Your hotelnis lucky to have these 2 specific employees. Please treat them well so they will still be here when I return!!!! The friendly staff, location, and customer service, are the reasons Id return to this hotel. Mercado Family! Stayed July 6-10 Room 302
