The staff was very welcoming and helpful however the way my room was presented was quite disappointing. There were dead bugs inside my room in the corners, the carpets were stained everywhere, the balcony had no privacy and the floor was dirty with bird poop. Even though the breakfast was okay, I do not rate this hote with 4,5 stars.

To start, the front desk at check in was pretty rude. The hotel is virtually empty and she wouldn't upgrade me. I checked in at 3:30 ish, room service wasn't available until 6:30...I skipped lunch and was hungry! At 6:45, I phoned the front desk but there was no answer. So, I walked down. No one was at the bar. A different front desk person was there and just as unhelpful as the first. Good news, the man who took my order was terrific. Only a rain shower head in the shower, bed is HORRIBLE. Pillows too. Good a/c, nice balcony.

At first you ask yourself, but where did I book? Hotel in isolated location, almost nothing around, but barge 6 minutes away. Spacious clean welcoming hall… very spacious room… nickel even, but for my sea view… swimming pool: total disappointment!!! Room 123 to avoid only for this… unless you don’t want to go out on the balcony….depressing! Great for a vacation… not the photos on the site for the view And for the bar service… don’t be in a hurry… but nice bar for a wait

Relatively cold hotel from the outside, but also from the inside with a very simple and refined decoration. The rooms are in the same style as the hotel in general: cold but clean! The staff are welcoming and friendly and responsive to requests. The pools are quite large and well maintained! The breakfast is good, we can't complain about it! Complete and of good quality. In summary, not sure that this is the best hotel in the area, but if the photos tempt you, the hotel will too!

Staff, desde a recepção ao bar, simpático, prestável e profissional... Quartos super grandes e confortáveis. Muita limpeza em todo o hotel. A apontar de menos positivo, o preço do pequeno almoço por pessoa, que achamos demais caro e por esse motivo não o tomamos no hotel e a demora na chegada de água quente ao chuveiro e a tampa do chuveiro que estava solta. De resto aconselho e a repetir...

Gostei! Bom hotel, quartos agradáveis,boas vistas e pequeno- almoço razoável. Para mim faltaram os sumos naturais e mais variedade no pão. O SPA é bom, embora estivesse muito gente, talvez se fossem estabelecidos horários as pessoas pudessem usufruir melhor do espaço.
