WELL WHERE DO YOU BEGIN FIRST ITS IN THE SLUMS ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT LOCATION IS THE BEACH VIEWS…ROOMS OK REALLY OLD NEEDS UPDATE SHOWER AND BATHROOM DRAIN WERE MESSED UP MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME UP…THE PLACE SAYS “NO SMOKING”WELL OUR FLOOR #11 WAS NOTHING BUT **** SMELL…EVEN WORKERS BUT FRONT DESK LADY SEEMED JUST FLAPERGASDIC THAT THERE COULD BE THAT GOING ON IN HOTEL WELL I WILL GET SECURITY TIGHT ON THAT!!!!WELL SURE YOU BEST CK YOUR WORKERS…ALL I CAN SAY IS IF CHOICE HOTELS IS AFFILATED WITH BLUEGREEN THEN I SHOULD DEFINITELY GET MY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT… BECAUSE I EXPECT MORE OUT OF THST COMPANY

This Place is quite a Crap hole! We made the mistake of booking 28 rooms through our wedding this past June1st. I was the groom that booked 3 rooms. One of which was the penthouse suite. Nothing but problems. AHOLE security guard at night gave me an issue with going to my penthouse because we where only allowed to have 1 key. My bestman had the key and was asleep. Argument, i was going to call cops multiple times on this rent a guard!
1 key is B.S. over $1000 penthouse suite. Locked door to Balcony...B.S. checkout was a nightmare...B.S. counter people dumb as a stone...B.S. accommodations less than OK. Stay far ..far away from the Atlantic Palace!

Parking was in separate garage. You cannot take your luggage by your own to room, need to use hotel's services $. Pool was not open. Overall okay.

We arrived there very late, after the midnight.
Never been there before and didn’t know what to expect.
Honestly, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Dirty, stinky and scary!!!
Avoid it at all costs.
Better pay double the price but stay in more reputable places!!!

Very poorly run, had three rooms booked for Friday and Saturday. Two rooms were available for check in at the proper time. The third room could not get in until after 7 pm. The desk staff didn't seem interested in helping with this problem,they were just joking around and having a good time.

Nice location on the boardwalk but don't go down the street. The city is a bit rough around the edges. There was an obvious police presence roght on the boardwalk as well... even vehicles.
The staff needs to be trained in customer courtesy, attitudes were terrible.
Drop off, unloading and check in was awkward.
Our studio room was one of the old ones, dirty stained carpet, uncomfortable mattress, that window thing in the shower with mold on it no kitchen towels or sponge to clean dishes, missing utensils etc.
Not our first time here but not sure if we'll be back.

View from our room was amazing and the location was very convenient to the boarwalk and casinos.
Lady behind the desk was telling another couple their room wasn't ready despite being 40 minutes past check in and argued how that was normal. She was giving them an attitude. We were able to get in right away.
Tub was chipped and a layer had peeled away to the fiberglass so it could have cut someone.
A fair percentage of the arcade machines were broken.
