WELL WHERE DO YOU BEGIN FIRST ITS IN THE SLUMS ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT LOCATION IS THE BEACH VIEWS…ROOMS OK REALLY OLD NEEDS UPDATE SHOWER AND BATHROOM DRAIN WERE MESSED UP MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME UP…THE PLACE SAYS “NO SMOKING”WELL OUR FLOOR #11 WAS NOTHING BUT **** SMELL…EVEN WORKERS BUT FRONT DESK LADY SEEMED JUST FLAPERGASDIC THAT THERE COULD BE THAT GOING ON IN HOTEL WELL I WILL GET SECURITY TIGHT ON THAT!!!!WELL SURE YOU BEST CK YOUR WORKERS…ALL I CAN SAY IS IF CHOICE HOTELS IS AFFILATED WITH BLUEGREEN THEN I SHOULD DEFINITELY GET MY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT… BECAUSE I EXPECT MORE OUT OF THST COMPANY

I love everything about the room and everything good service and everything I love everything

Unique was the kitchen which I could cook anytime. But can’t prevent of noise disturb from the outside.

Good location, big room Great location, hotel a little run down, some upgrades made but not everything. Staff seemed a little unhappy.

Bathroom outlet didn’t work, my girlfriend had to dry her hair in the kitchen. The fridge made noise all night, walls are paper thin, could hear the tv next door to us. The towels for the bathroom are the smallest I’ve ever seen. Last but not least. The room wasn’t ready for us until 4pm! Then they wouldn’t let us check out an hour late.

Fall From Ranks Of Great Hotel Stays I have been to Atlantic Palace at least 10 times in the past several years. I returned annually because the property was always very clean, the staff was very courteous, and the other guests were very friendly. This year was very different. The 1 bdrm suite that I paid for was absolutely filthy. The room smelled of human excrement and had stains on the carpet, furniture, bedding, kitchen chairs & tables in addition to damage to the other furniture. The front desk had me wait for housekeeping in the hot hallway with no ventilation after I explained to them that I was a post open heart patient who suffers with severe lung disease. The housekeeping supervisor was appalled at the condition of the room. She confirmed to the front desk manager that the room was not suitable to be occupied. The manager stated that I would have to take a studio but never adjusted the rate. The studio would’ve been fine if the sink wasn’t leaking. I spent everyday cleaning up water to prevent mold & mildew from growing and going into the room below me. Their housekeepers did bring towels and removed the wet ones several times a day. The maintenance guy also tried to redirect the leak so it was easier to contain. It was terrible. I was too tired to enjoy anything else trying to manage their problems. Housekeeping & maintenance checked on me regularly to help but I still spent my time managing overflowing water. I was so disappointed. I really used to love this hotel and its staff. Badly Mismanaged Now!
