the whole experience is not good

$60 security deposit charged at check in without prior notice or provided on *******, poor elevators service, hallways are in poor conditions, room are in poor conditions, false advertising of breakfast being provided. Requested cancellation I was obligated to stay till next day for a manager. Room stay was charged by hotel on duplicate cards.

Toilet flush was great. Free breakfast was very limited and they gave 1 muffin per person. Bed was dirty. Free cups. Towel was good enough. Room cleaning staff came before our checking out time, thankfully we reached our room just in time. Otherwise who knows what would have happened.

Bed skirt was filthy with ketchup stains running down side
Window was very filthy
Carpet was filthy with trash on the floor an stained
Wash rags were old an stained
Air quality was poor an room stunk

Mediocre
The building looks sketchy as well as not cleanest. The room was also moldy on the walls and ceiling, the bed skirt had mold, the sheet had cigarette burns and the window did not lock and was wide open. While I was there a worjer I think just walked into room luckily the latch was on. The TV didn't work either.

The staff was very accommodating. They switched my room since I had a issue with elevators. They were friendly and professional. Only issues was my room was cold and the heat was not hot enough. The room served its purpose for the one night.

Loved my room with a Balcony. Great room if your like me and just need place to throw your suitcase and a place to sleep. Walkable to boardwalk ,Irish Pub, and Jitney. Easy in and out parking. No hidden extra fees. Coffee in the morning. Someone at front desk as all times. No Frills so its nothing fancy. Better then over paying for a room in the ******. Ill book here again for sure.

Very convenient and usually priced well
Good cheap place to stay if you want to be near the boardwalk, and free parking which is great. Never really have any complaints here and I've been coming here a lot and they tend to give me the same room which is kind of nice.

Horrible stay
Very unfriendly service, disgusting in terms of cleanliness and smell, while it says no smoking it was clear that regular cigarettes and **** were smoked. The floor in the room was so dirty we walked with socks on the whole time, which turned them yellow and brown. And when breakfast is included per itinerary however, nothing but a bagged muffin. I brought my son to a soccer tournament so hotels were limited, but i will never stay there again.
