The staff was very nice but the place was gross. The bathroom floor was not clean and we didn’t have time to switch rooms. But even the area around the rooms was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very convenient to the boardwalk and nearby casinos like Hard Rock, Ocean Resort, and Resorts. A bit noisy. About what you'd expect from a cleanliness standpoint from a Howard Johnson.

Just a one day getaway and was pleased with my stay. Ive been coming here a lot over the years and have nothing negative to say at the moment.

The room felt like more like a motel than a inn. The bathroom was dirty and bed sheets/blankets had cigarette burns on them.

Realized that I booked a smoking room and I called right away to change it and they said when you arrive you can get it changed well guess what that was totally untrue because once I got there they only said they have smoking rooms. I’m a smoke and my girlfriend is not but we agreed and took the room. The room reeked of smoke so bad that I was getting a headache and, like I said, I’m a smoker. I went to the front desk and luckily they refunded my money with no issues and we found another hotel that had non smoking and got it booked right away. Also, the area is pretty shady so pack your 9 or Glock!!!

Clean rooms and lobby. Just a regular hotel no bells and whistles. Perfect for a a few nights stay. Close to the casinos and the river restaurant attached is a great breakfast spot! You do pay for breakfast though.
